Swampscott June Sales Report

The June sales report concludes the “spring market” in town. With low inventory (amount of homes for sale) we saw a low amount in closed sales (only a total of  31).. half of nearby Marblehead. The average sales price in Swampscott was also less than Marblehead at $558,000.
